What I offer — Postal Contract Class

Opportunity assessment

I show you how to read a posting so you know what they care about (hours, miles, start date, special requirements).

Completing the contract packet

Fill the form, attachments, capability statement, and any required certifications — presented the way evaluators expect.

Route mapping & scope

Turn the posting into a simple work plan: stops, days/hours, required vehicles, and driver needs. (This is what reviewers want to see: a realistic, repeatable plan.)

Submission checklist

Final proofread, required signatures, formatting, and delivery instructions to avoid disqualification.

Line-by-line cost build

We break costs into labor, fuel/vehicle, insurance, overhead, equipment, taxes/benefits and contingency — then we translate that into the bid form.

Follow-up & record keeping

How to document your submissions and what to do if you’re asked for clarifications.

Become Your own boss

This session, led by a current Federal Contractor for the USPS, will be conducted via Zoom or in-person group classes, and will cover essential topics such as completing USPS contract paperwork, employee acquisition, and business scaling.

Please note that the availability of new contracts is sporadic, with releases occurring weekly; however, we do not have control over the timing or quantity of these contracts. You will receive an email three days prior to the class containing documents that require printing for the session.

Lastly, you MUST be able to pass a FEDERAL BACKGROUND CHECK and you or anyone in your household CANNOT WORK FOR THE POSTAL SERVICE.

Payment Plan options are available at checkout.
